How it works

If we do not meet the following service standards while the group insurance plan is in effect, we will provide a payment -- calculated as a percentage of the customer's annual premium, up to a maximum amount:*

Claim Payment
We guarantee that claims will be processed within a certain amount of time (varies by product) after receipt of complete claim information. We also guarantee the accuracy of our claim determinations in accordance with the provisions of the policyholder's underlying plan.

Customer Service
We guarantee response time on telephone calls and inquiries from customers to our service team members.

Overall Satisfaction
If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with any service not covered under Claim Payment or Customer Service above, we will provide a money-back payment for overall customer satisfaction.
